Zoe Grindea, an artist-photographer, was born in France and lives in Jaffa, Israel. Nitsan Bernstein, Singer-songwriter-performer was born in Jerusalem and lives in Berlin, Germany. Both are active artists in Europe and Israel and both were raised in Jerusalem; a cosmopolitan city, central to three major religions and an often tense melting pot of a variety of cultures.

Jerusalem provoked in Zoe and Nitsan questions about their own identity and their relations with the social groups they were surrounded by. Their investigation is expressed in a theatrical, macabre style. In their respective quests they have found a common language, creating series of photographs in dialogue with the music from Nitsan's debut album. Their work "koli arev" fuses,  humor, religion, sexuality and mythical stories.
